ASSIGNABILITY

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from LayoutsPack.com. Otherwise your account will be blocked.
 
Upon purchasing from LayoutsPack.com, our strong anti-fraud download system will track your IP address, thus you will not be able to download out products from another country IP address.

OWNERSHIP

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

LIABILITY

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall LayoutsPack.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

REFUNDS

To preserve the rarity of our templates, we do not offer credits, exchanges, or refunds. All sales are final. No exceptions.

MEMBER ACCESS AND DOWNLOADS

As a member your username and password is for your personal use only. If we discover that you share or give out your username and password, we will end your membership account with us at once. CAUTION: In the event as stated above, we may ban your IP address, credit card and email address. You are also not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or another same automated tools to download the content from our site.

You are allowed to download no more than 25 templates per day from LayoutsPack during your subscription validity period. So we advise to choose the website templates you want to download thoroughly.
For this we have the following reasons:

• If every user downloads enormous number of templates each day our server will be overdriven and might not be able to work properly. We consider10 templates per day to be enough for your work.
• Such limitation is needed in order to protect the content of our website from piracy

PAYPAL PURCHASES

We reserve the right to request proof of identity from any PayPal member. Furthermore, all New Unverified PayPal members will be required to provide proof of identity. Proof of identity may be provided in the form of scanned copies of a driver's license and one other supporting document, such as a utility bill or telephone bill.
